Rome International Piano Competition "F.Chopin" - November 22, 2012

The newly formed Oskar duo - Martyna and  French pianist Thomas Besnard  - wins 1st prize at Roma International Piano Competition "F.Chopin" in Italy.Their performance as winners was broadcast by the Vatican Radio all over the world. The exiting news comes just after three weeks of duo's  formation.

MARTYNA WINS GIORGOS THYMIS INTERNATIONAL PIANO COMPETITION - January 19, 2011

Martyna wins 1st prize at Giorgos Thymis International Piano Competition(Greece).In the  Final Round she  performed Prokofiev Concerto No.3 with Thessaloniki State Symphony Orchestra under maestro Andreas Tselikas. As a winner she will come back to play with Thessaloniki State Symphony Orchestra(2011/2012), solo recital at Megaron(Thessaloniki) and other cities in Greece

Marjorie and Dorothy White Award - October 20, 2010

Martyna has been awarded Marjorie and Dorothy White award nominated by Guildhall School of Music and Drama 

Gold Medal Winner - May 6, 2010

Martyna won the Guildhall School of Music and Drama Gold Medal on May 5th. This prestigious prize is offered every other year to intrumentalists and she joins the ranks of Jacqueline du Pre, Tasmin Little and Bryn Terfel. She was playing the challenging Prokofiev Piano Concerto No 3 to a tremendous reception.


GOLD MEDAL FINAL - February 5, 2010

Martyna becomes one of three finalists for the Gold Medal, the Guildhall School's most prestigious music competition. Final will be held on the 5th of May at the Barbican Hall with Guildhall Symphony Orchestra,conducted by Peter Stark, playing Prokofiev Concerto no.3

Fellowship - July 23, 2009

From September 2009 Martyna will hold the prestigious Fellowship at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama

Martyna a Winner at the City of Cantu, Italy. - May 19, 2009

At the prestigious International Competition for Piano and Orchestra in the City of Cantu, Italy, Martyna won the Second prize in the Romantic concerto section and was awarded the Audience prize. She was performing Prokofiev Piano Concerto No 3 in C with Orchestra Philharmony "Mihail Jora" di Bacau under maestro Ovidiu Balan
